Origin: From the sovereign row of the main iconostasis in the Church of St. Gregory Neocaesarea at Bolshaya Polyanka Street in Moscow.

Material: Wood, tempera

Dimensions:  height 130 cm, width 76 cm

The icon represents itself one of the copies of the ancient wonderworking icon of the Mother of God from Cyprus that had been located in a monastery on Mount Kykkos. The inscription on the icon Virgin Eleousa of Kykkos is written in Greek.
