Origin: From the church of the Nativity of the Holy Virgin on Isaevets, a village near Tver, the former estate of the Pleshcheevs (16th century).

Material: Wood, levkas, tempera

Dimensions:  height 139 cm, width 111 cm

The icon represents a scene of the Nativity of the Holy Virgin with 16 border panels. The main scene on the mullions is dedicated to the Nativity of the Holy Virgin. 16 border panels represent scenes from the life of the Mother of God.
